Working from home, in network marketing or MLM becomes vastly more effective if you have a marketing system right? Well that depends! If you only have a lead capture page with a few autoresponders and only a couple of other perks then using this kind of system to create a profitable business may be destined to fail.

5 Steps to Creating Massive Duplication For Your Network Marketing Business!

The key to success in Network Marketing is to have the folks in your downline duplicate and/or reproduce the same results as you have within your organization. This will leverage your time and effort, by growing your business more quickly and will allow you to create a solid organization all while producing long term financial results.

So what does it take to create massive duplication?

1. You don't want to work with just anybody! Make sure when interviewing prospects for your business that they have the right mindset, work ethic and a personality that does not clash with yours. Remember it's YOUR business and you want to find people that you can work with and who are open to advice and can be trained.

2. Decide on the amount of time you want to work on your business and find out how much time the members of your downline are willing to put into theirs as well. Giving it at least 10 hours a week is important. Of course it doesn't have to be all the same, but it's important that they are accountable and show that they really do want to grow a business. If they can't tie down an amount of time they are willing to work, then you'll be wasting yours!

3. One of the best ways to make your successful network marketing business easy to duplicate is to take advantage of today's technology. That means your company or upline must a proven Marketing System in place. If not then maybe you're with the wrong company! A good system will unleash the power of the internet and do most of the initial "selling or prescreening" for you and your team. This system should also come with training for both online and offline marketing tactics. Remember, people are not duplicable but marketing systems are!

4. As mentioned above marketing systems go a long way by creating duplication, but let's not forget that people are individuals. By offering multiple tactics via training in the back office of your marketing system you are factoring in individuality. This means that folks can use the system to leverage their time, yet pick and choose which online and offline tactics they wish to focus on that will drive people to their marketing systems, so that again, it can do the "selling/screening" for them. It just makes sense to allow them to decide for themselves which tactics they are best suited for and feel most comfortable with.

5. Encourage your team to use at least 3 to 5 methods for prospecting at all times. This will insure that you are reaching more people and will increase your/there odds of success. It will also keep their business interesting! By tracking or monitoring these efforts they will also be able to see which ones work best and which tactic are their personal strong suit.

As mentioned before, we must create massive duplication while allowing for individuality. But the truth is without duplication of your efforts and success your downline, your organization and ultimately your commissions will never grow

After all, it can be very confusing when you are pulled in so many directions: Do I use the Rejevunate DVD, mini bottles, Success From Home magazine, Zrii brochure, myzrii website, Health and Prosperity report, etc?

Let's help clear up any confusion.

Your first step is simple. Get them to your Zfreedom website. Forget about everything else! All of the other stuff actually will hinder your effectiveness. Your one objective is to get your prospect to go to your site and fill in their contact information so that they can view your Zfreedom presentation.

Why am I so adamant that you should send people to your Zfreedom site?

1. The Zfreedom website is designed to sell your prospect. This is important. I do not want you to do any selling. A DVD does NOT sell. A brochure does NOT sell. MyZrii does NOT sell. Zfreedom sells! It will lead your prospect by the hand through the entire sales process. We have invested over $30,000 just to create a website that does such a good job at convincing people to sign up for Zrii. It is proven and tested. I do not know of anything else more powerful as a sales tool than Zfreedom!
2. The Zfreedom system guarantees follow up! This is HUGE! I just had a lady sign up for the $1500 premium kit who came to my site 3 months ago. Why did she sign up after 3 months? Because of the autoresponders that constantly remind people of Zrii and give them a reason to go back to your site and review it. Does a DVD followup? Does a brochure followup? Does a magazine follow up? Does a mini bottle followup? NO!!!!!!!! Only Zfreedom guarantees followup. Once a person is in your marketing funnel, you can promote Zrii to them for as long as they remain in the system. Do you realize how powerful this really is?

Okay, maybe I am exaggerating a little. But, seriously, most people are quick to hand out information to people. Well, I have some bad news, information does NOT sell. All you want to do is get them to your Zfreedom site so that they can fill in their contact information and be your prospect forever!

So let me be very clear. Do not hand out anything other than a business card designed to get your prospect to go to your site. All you need to be effective is:

1. A compelling business card
2. A smile
3. A quick invitation

Use your mini bottles as incentive to get them to your site. Tell them that if they go through your site that you will give them 5 FREE mini bottles just a token of appreciation. But DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING THAT WILL DISTRACT THEM FROM GOING TO YOUR SITE!

So what does an effective business card look like?

Front side:

• A picture of you on the left hand side

What??

No name, no phone number, no email? Nope. Those type of business cards are useless, people just throw them away.

This business card will be way more effective for you and people will be less likely to throw it out because it catches their attention. Plus, you have made it very clear what you want them to do. GO TO YOUR WEBSITE!

Once you have a good business card (which you can create for cheap at www.VistaPrint.com) then you just need to learn how to approach people and properly invite them to your site.

Here's what you do.

Every day you make it your goal to talk to 2-3 new people and ask them what they do for a living. Or if it's someone you haven't seen for a while ask them what they've been up too.

Guess what? They will tell you about themselves and then ask you what you do for a living or what you are up too.

This is when you say,

I have a part-time business where I teach people about a proven system of how they can create walk-away residual income.

Then you pull out your business card (the one I told you to create) and hand it to them. Invite them to go visit your site. Let them know about filling in their contact information on the first page and that it is not shared with anyone else. Maybe give them a little incentive by telling them you will give them a few mini bottles as a token of your appreciation if they go through your site.

The key is to smile and be enthusiastic. And be confident!

That's it. Keep it simple. You don't have to be some "salesy" person. Just try to get one new person a day to go through your Zfreedom site.

Once you get someone in your marketing funnel then it becomes really fun.

This is when you can start supplementing with other marketing tools like the mini bottles, magazine, brochures, etc. But, only when they are already in your Zfreedom system.

Your goal is to build rapport with your prospect. You want to build trust with them, this is the final step and only YOU can do this. You do this by calling them, emailing them, sending them a postcard, getting them on a three-way with your sponsor, and getting them out to a meeting.

But, even if they say "no" don't worry. Zfreedom will take care of the follow-up. All you need to do is once a month send a video email broadcast to all of your prospects letting them know how excited you are about Zrii. Even show them one of your checks, this goes a long way. And if you do not have video email, then just send them a personal email once a month giving them updates on what is happening with Zrii.

It's actually a lot of fun and you'll get way more sign ups.

What is the Founders Bonus and how does it work?

The Zrii Founders Bonus is offered to everyone who attains the rank of 7 Star Executive or above within the 1^st year of a country launch.

For US & Canada that means, anyone who obtains this rank before Oct 1^st 08 will receive one share of 2% of the new markets commissionable sales paid as a royalty. For each successive year, this bonus is 1%.

What does it take to be a 7 Star Executive?

By the time you reach 7 Star Executive your monthly autoship must equal at least $240 worth of product. This translates to PV/personal volume.

You must also have 100,000 in Organizational Volume, within 3 legs, with a maximum of 60% of this volume in any leg and 3, 3 Star Executives within your organization.

What does it take to be a 3 Star Executive?

A 3 Star Executive must have $120 monthly PV and $5000 in Organizational Volume.

Doug & I have been researching health for about 8 years now. Our interest in health peaked after doctors almost killed me with prescribed medications. It was only years later, in failing health that a simple Christian Health Program pinpointed step by step why my health had deteriorated in the first place. Now I had the task of getting off medication, changing my lifestyle and rebuilding my body.

We took this opportunity to delve into research on alternative health which then led to writing health articles, blogs and pages on social networking sites to pass along what we had learned to others.
