Return Policy Details!
The Zrii Returns Policy was recently updated. Some of the highlights include the following:
  • A refund will be granted on an IE or PC’s initial product order only, and will be limited to a maximum of 255 PV. This includes Premium, Pro, and Essential Pack returns, as well as all others.
  • In order to receive a refund for product purchased on the initial order, an IE or PC must contact Zrii Executive Support and receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  • Product approved for a refund must be shipped and returned to the Company within seven (7) business days of issuing the RMA.
  • If the RMA is given within 30 days of purchase, you may receive a 100% refund on up to 255 PV
  • If the product is returned after the first 30 days but within 90 days of the date of purchase, you may receive a 90% refund on a maximum of 255 PV, provided the product is in resalable condition.
  • Sales Tools are non refundable. In the event that an IE cancels their account, we will refund 90% of the value of the Sales Tools provided they are in reusable and resalable condition.
