What is Amalaki? What is Zrii? And is the Chopra Ctr really endorsing it?

What is Amalaki?
Amalaki or (Embica Officinalis) is a small green fruit that grows at the base of the Pristine Himalayan mountain range in northern India. Due to its numerous healing properties and its ability to nourish and balance the body, amalaki is often referred to as the “Great Rejuvenator” or “Fruit of Immortality”. Amalaki is also described as a potent anti-inflammatory, elixir for the skin and hair, digestive aid, and metabolic enhancer.
